Rosa Aiello & Laura Langer
Drei Rosa Aiellos' four-channel film workInterface or: The Daily Pressure of the Watching(2025), created in collaboration with artist Yutong Su, in dialogue with Laura Langer's paintings from the seriesWheel(2025). Both artists graduated from the Städelschule in Frankfurt. They live and work in Berlin. The presentation is a kind of spin-off from Aiello's current collaborative solo exhibitionA Good Reputationat the Westfälischer Kunstverein Münster (until February 1, 2026). Laura Langer's solo exhibitionWhy am I me?opens on January 23, 2026, at Simian, Copenhagen.
Rosa Aiello (born 1987, Hamilton, Canada) studied at the Städelschule, Frankfurt am Main (2014–18), the University of Oxford (2010–11), and McGill University, Montréal (2005–10), and participated in Berlinale Talents in 2024. Her films have been shown at the Fridericianum, Kassel (2023), the Kunsthalle Zürich (2019), the Schirn Kunsthalle, Frankfurt am Main (2019), the Institute of Contemporary Arts, London (2017), and High Line Art, New York (2015), among others. Her recent solo and duo exhibitions includeLOVE TEST: P.O.V., Mint, Stockholm (with Dylan Aiello, 2024);The All Attractive, Drei, Cologne (2023);Traffic, Kevin Space, Vienna (2022);Caryatid Encounters, Arcadia Missa, London (2021); Seduction, Lodos, Mexico City (2019); andJoins, Cell Project Space, London (with Patricia L. Laura Langer (born 1986, Buenos Aires) studied at the Städelschule, Frankfurt (2012–17), the Universidad Torcuato Ditella (2010–11), and the Universidad del Cine (2004–08), Buenos Aires.
