Daniel Behrendt
Daniel Behrendt (born in Stendal in 1980) trained as a carpenter from 1997 to 2000. From 2002 to 2005, he studied fine art at Ottersberg University of Applied Sciences under Professor Hermanus Westendorp. He then transferred to the University of the Arts in Bremen, where he completed his studies in 2009 as a master student of Professor Karin Kneffel.
Behrendt was a scholarship holder of the German National Academic Foundation and has been awarded several art prizes. His works are represented in private and institutional collections, including the Kunsthalle Bremen, Von der Heydt Museum Wuppertal, and Städtische Galerie Delmenhorst. Daniel Behrendt lives and works in Bremen.
