The works of Jörg Ahrnt, Sabine Kuehnle, and Nicole van den Plas are very different, yet they are united by their examination of our cultural history. The works are always based on research drawn from the fields of archaeology, philosophy, psychology, art history, literature, and their intersections. In the unique spaces of the Alte Schmelze, which unvarnishedly reveal their past, a joint presentation of these drei would be exciting: not only because of the interaction between the works and the space that would arise, but also because of the dialogue between the artists' works.
