In his new works, Julian Heuser deals with the eponymousbackrooms—virtual spaces that, according to internet lore, become accessible through "errors in reality." He makes the fusion of analog and digital visible in his two-part images by combining painting with printing and transfer techniques. Julian Heuser, born in 1986, completed his studies at the HfG Offenbach in 2021.The Backrooms ishis fifth solo exhibition at FILIALE.
