A Photo Recap of an Impressive Frankfurt Gallery Weekend

The season has begun

We look back on an impressive weekend during which well more than the expected 10,000 visitors flocked to the galleries and embarked on a journey through contemporary art. On top of that, there were sold-out art walks and a late summer that showed its mild, carefree side, allowing us to fully enjoy Timothy Roth’s street concerts outdoors.

Installation, Sculpture & Ceramics

Even a three-day Frankfurt Gallery Weekend isn’t enough to take in the gallery scene’s extensive program, as Eva Maria Magel writes in the FAZ. Her colleague from *Kunstmarkt*, Ursula Scheer, is also impressed by the quality of the exhibitions. Our program ambassador, Dr. Britta von Campenhausen, revealed the highlights of the “ Saisonstart ” to the Sat.1 television crew. In addition, our media partner Monopol Magazin, the Frankfurter Rundschau, and the Journal Frankfurt all covered the event in advance.
