FAQ

The House of Galleries is a new art format in the TRIANON high-rise in Frankfurt, which will take place from January 22 to 25, 2026 on floors 42 to 44. Here, selected galleries from Frankfurt and invited guest galleries from Germany and Europe will each present a curated solo exhibition.
After its premiere in January 2025 - with 5,500 visitors, sold-out tickets and a broad national response - the format will be further expanded in 2026.
The House of Galleries combines marketplace, festival and conference: in addition to the Exhibitions , there is a curated supporting and VIP program with guided tours, art market talks and a dinner. The House of Galleries Board, consisting of Dr. Sebastian Baden (SCHIRN Kunsthalle), Prof. Dr. Brigitte Franzen (HfG Offenbach) and Silke Hohmann (Monopol Magazin), decides on the selection of new galleries.
The aim of the format is to bring contemporary art to life in top-class high-rise architecture and to reposition Frankfurt as a relevant location in the art market.

The TRIANON is a high-rise building in Frankfurt's banking district and is home to the House of Galleries for the second time on the 42nd, 43rd and 44th floors - the former executive floors. Built in 1993, it is one of the ten tallest buildings in Germany and impresses with its combination of large triangular areas. The architectural distinguishing feature is the diamond, an inverted glass pyramid that adorns the roof of the central part of the building. Starting with a LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, which focuses on energy efficiency, the TRIANON has a WiredScore Platinum certification, which certifies that the office tower has the best connectivity and full transparency in terms of digital infrastructure. In addition, a DGNB Platinum certification for buildings in operation was achieved, which is the highest award from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and attests to demonstrably sustainable building operation at the highest level.
