With Brussels-based artist Léo Luccioni and the French collective Nøne Futbol Club, MARS e.V. is bringing two international voices to Frankfurt that demonstrate: even the independent art scene can exude international appeal. Both work in a narrative, figurative, and representational style, with an enormous entertainment factor that reaches far beyond the art world. At a time when Europe is increasingly turning inward, the exhibition focuses on cross-border exchange and addresses socially critical issues with humor and lightheartedness. A trip to MARS is well worth it.
