Leica Gallery Frankfurt
The exhibition at the Leica Gallery Frankfurt is a joint project with Stefan Dabruck Management, the City of Frankfurt, and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ), and shines a light on a city whose significance for pop and music culture is often underestimated.
For “Frankfurt Music City,” young photographers have captured portraits of influential figures in Frankfurt’s music scene. The photos were taken at locations closely tied to the city’s identity—from apple wine cellars to the stadium. In this way, the exhibition paints a multifaceted picture of a city of music shaped by clubs, studios, venues, producers, musicians, supporters, and networkers.
A high-quality illustrated book will be published to accompany the exhibition.
